아래 코드라면 offset * 2 연산을 1번으로 줄여 성능 개선이 조금이라도 이뤄질 수 있을 것 같습니다!

for (int i = 1; i <= n; i++) {
if (i == nextOffset) {
offset = nextOffset;
nextOffset = offset * 2;
}
count[i] = 1 + count[i - offset];
